What we collect

When you apply for a training, we collect your full name, national ID number, date of birth, mobile number, and a payment receipt that you upload. Each application is also linked to a unique reference code that we generate.

How we use it

Your information is used solely for processing your training application — verifying your payment, evaluating your application, and contacting you about the outcome and joining details.

How we store it

Application data is stored securely and access is limited to authorised Maldivian Red Crescent staff. Payment receipts are kept only for as long as needed to verify and audit the training enrolment.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. Information may be disclosed only where required by law or where strictly necessary to deliver the training.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or request its deletion (subject to legal record-keeping obligations) by contacting MRC.

Tracking your application

The tracking page on this website verifies you using your mobile number and date of birth. Please keep these details confidential — anyone with both will be able to view your applications.
